I’m Andrea Perales, founder of ACP Enlightening. My career has taken me through every layer of business operations—from serving as a Corporate Controller for an international oil & gas company to stepping in as COO for a fast-growing local business.
In that role, I supported the owner in creating the freedom he wanted for his life. By building the right systems, making operational decisions, and ensuring the business ran smoothly day to day, I saw firsthand how powerful it can be when a visionary focuses on the work only they can do.
That experience shaped my purpose: to alleviate the burden of running everything alone. I partner with leaders to bring clarity, structure, and stability to their organizations so they can lead with intention—not just urgency.
My goal is simple: to help you reclaim your time, reduce the noise, and move forward with confidence.
Why I'm a Partner, Not Just a Consultant.
My journey wasn't a straight line.
Hi, I’m Andrea Perales.
I was born and raised in Argentina, and for sixteen years I worked as a Controller in an Oil & Gas company, leading accounting teams in eight countries and reporting to Houston.
In 2013, the company offered to relocate me. I was pregnant with my second daughter, but I said yes.
Years later, the oil crisis hit… and in 2016 I was laid off.
Our visa depended on that job.
We had a home, my husband had his own business, a life already built — and suddenly everything collapsed.
We applied for a new visa. It was denied.
We had to return to Argentina and start over.
It was one of the hardest moments of my life.
Later, a new opportunity came: a professional visa, through a pool construction company I worked with.
They sponsored me, and in October 2016, we returned to the U.S.
There, I rebuilt my career.
I fixed their accounting department, helped reorganize sales and operations, and eventually became COO. And I met EOS for the first time.
The company grew to 23 million dollars and was sold.
After that, I served as COO/Integrator for a wealth management firm; in that role, I saw an employee cry with relief when our new system allowed her to get home to her newborn at a reasonable time.
That’s when I truly understood. This isn’t just about spreadsheets and processes. It’s about making work easier for people so they can have a better life at home.
And I realized. I wanted to help more companies — not just one.
So, in December 2019, after 25 years as an employee, I took the leap, launched ACP, and started my entrepreneurial journey.
Three months later, COVID hit… but as I was fully focused on my EOS tools, clients started coming, one month at a time.
And that’s how my work as a Fractional COO and Integrator began.
My story is about resilience, courage, and starting again — even when it feels impossible. And I’m proud of that.
And if I’ve learned one thing, it’s this:
